We source our specialty-grade beans from high-elevation estate environments where the cool mountain air forces the coffee cherries to develop a dense, resilient structure and a complex sweetness. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Small-Batch" craft, utilizing precision thermal mapping to eliminate the bitter "noise" of industrial production while unlocking majestic notes of dark cacao, wild berry, and toasted cedar.
