Life's too short for bad coffee — and we mean that.
If your order doesn't hit the mark for any reason, we'll make it right, no questions asked. Whether it arrived damaged, wasn't what you expected, or just didn't suit your taste, reach out and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Just drop us a line at wildlatitudecoffee@icloud.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, a quick photo helps us track down what went wrong out there.
Every bag leaves our hands with care. If it doesn't reach you that way, we want to know.
